Return Policy
Final Sale Items
- All Sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Purchases made using Bunny Bucks are FINAL SALE.
- Loveys and teething rings are FINAL SALE due to sanitary safety for babies and children.
Promo Code Purchases
- Items purchased with a non-holiday/Bunny Bucks Cash promo code are eligible for return for Store Credit only (no refunds).
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your product.
Return Eligibility
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to return eligible items for store credit.
- Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Unused
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will be discarded, or you may pay shipping to have them returned to you.
